How to use EquiReach Tracking

APPLE

Please make sure your Apple device has Bluetooth enabled and turn on your anti-loss device. Then, please open the built-in "Find" app on your device, select the "Items" tab, and click "Add Other Items." At this point, the screen will automatically recognise and display your anti-loss device. After clicking "Connect," you can set a name and avatar of your choice to complete the binding with your Apple ID.

 The entire process does not require downloading any third-party apps; it is securely carried out within Apple's official "Find" network and can be easily completed in just a few dozen seconds

ANDROID

Android users may need to pre-download the official "Find Hub" app. When pairing the device, press and hold the anti-loss device button until it emits a beep, indicating that it has been turned on and entered pairing mode. Then, click "Add Device" in the app, and the phone will automatically search and list available devices. Click "Connect" and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the pairing. Once successful, you can perform function tests in the app, such as clicking "Play Sound" to locate the device, or customizing an easy-to-recognize name for it in the settings. The app supports managing over 100 devices simultaneously, meeting your comprehensive anti-loss needs.
